    苋菜和苦瓜都有清热解毒的功效。苋菜更在清热的同时,还有一定的补益和养血止血功效,尤其适合脾胃虚寒或者体虚的人食用。

    Step 1

    除了苦瓜,将所有材料混合打到起胶。Mix all ingredient (except for bitter gourd) and beat the meat until springer.

    Step 2

    苦瓜切成4cm-5cm宽度,取出种子,把馅料酿进去。Cut the bitter gourd into 4cm-5cm length, remove the seeds and stuff in filling.

    Step 3

    把苦瓜放入锅里,加水直到盖过苦瓜,焖煮至少一个小时,直到苦瓜完全软透才好吃。Put the bitter gourd in the pot, add water enough to cover the bitter gourd, simmer for at least an hour until the bitter gourd is completely soft.

    Step 4

    完成后,在苦瓜汤里加入适量盐、胡椒粉和花雕酒即可趁热享用。Lastly, add a pinch of salt, pepper and Huadiao wine into soup and enjoy it while hot.
